is blend of exclusive expedition tour of astrophotography, countryside, nature and culture.

Day 1

Arrival in Kathmandu

A delegate from our group will wait for you at the appearance terminal of the Kathmandu Air terminal. Ensure you care for an individual with your nameplate! The representative will welcome and move you to your hotel in Kathmandu.
As you check into the lodging, the delegate will give you abstract of our arrangements. Tonight, spend your time at a hotel in Kathmandu.

Day 02

KATHMANDU VALLEY UNESCO HERITAGE SITES, LOCAL MARKET WITH LOCAL PEOPLE

This day starts with an excellent breakfast at the hotel. After breakfast, we will head to Swayambhunath, popularly known as the “Monkey Temple.” Swayambhunath is one of Nepal’s holiest sites, and the stupa has stood as a hallmark of faith and harmony for centuries for both Buddhists and Hindus. On a little hillock in the northwest of Kathmandu City, Swayambhunath offers a good vantage point to capture the city’s panoramic view.

Next, we will head to Pashupatinath, famous as Nepal’s most sacred burning ghats, and a few of the remaining living cultural heritage sites globally. Built-in the 5th century, Pashupatinath is one of the four most important religious sites in Asia for devotees of Lord Shiva. You will witness and capture some Hindu rituals, including puja ceremonies and cremations along the sacred Bagmati River. We will also organize a 30-minute private photo session with Hindu holy men (Sadhu) for portrait photography in Pashupatinath.

We will break for lunch (included) before proceeding on our tour to Patan Durbar Square. The Durbar Square is one of the three old royal palaces of the former Kathmandu Kingdom, and it is Lalitpur’s most spectacular legacy of Newari traditional architecture. Here, you will capture the beautiful Nepalese architecture of ancient times, with local people still worshipping in the shrines.

In the evening, we will do some street photography at the bustling local vegetable and spice markets in the evening. The local markets are often an integral part of daily life for locals, and it is the best place to capture candid shots. After visiting the market, we will send you back to the hotel.

Day 03

Drive to Jagat (1300 m / 4265 ft.) Duration: 8-9 Hours

Get ready for a long drive today. After breakfast at the hotel, we will transfer you to a vehicle that will drive you to Jagat. The first half of the trip is smooth along a blacktopped concrete road till Besi Sahar, and from there, the trail is full of difficulties. So, get ready to shake your body with some moves as you drive along the bumpy road to Jagat.

However, the street, the route, will offer some classic pictures of the countryside landscape of Nepal.
Tonight, spend your time at a guesthouse in Jagat.

Day 04

Drive from Jagat to Timang (2615 M)

Today, after breakfast, we will drive to Timang that allows the amazing view of the landscapes through Karte, Dharapani and Bagarchap.

The diversification of culture and the architecture is awesome and differences in different town. The people of the Tibetan origin are very amiable. The typical rock houses, the varieties of tropical plants are still the attractions of the valley here. We will reach the Timang and stay overnight, passing via Danaqyu settlement after crossing the Marsyangdi River on the hill top.

Timang is the best place to experience the 8th highest mountain Manaslu and adjoining peak Himal Chuli.
Tonight, spend your time at a guesthouse in Jagat.

Day 05

Drive from Timang to Pisang (3250 M)

From Timang, we drive to Pisang to explore the region over there. So, after a delicious breakfast, we get into the Jeep and then ride thorugh the villages to Pisang.

The village is located in the Marshyangdi River valley, directly south of Pisang Peak, north of Annapurna II, and west of Paungda Danda. There are many monasteries which we will visit.

Today, we will explore Pisang and then spend a night in the guesthouse.

Day 06

Drive from Pisang to Manang (3540 M)

Today is one of the most scenic days for photography. After breakfast in the guesthouse, we will take you on a drive to Manang.

Along the journey, you will be fascinated with the impressive panorama of amazing landscapes, bottomless river valleys, and shimmering rivers heading from the base of Himalayas.

Buddhist shrines, temples and mountain ranges added beauty to your journey and ease up your stress. You can stop at whatever locations you would like and spend a time there.

After we reach Manang, spend your time at a guesthouse.

Day 7, 8, 9

Explore Manang and Nearby Photography Locations

Manang area is mesmerizingly beautiful, and staying here for a few days is not an obstacle. It’s also very popular for night photography. It has wonderful locations including Ice Lake, Parken Gumpa. The trip is customizable and very flexible. You can choose to visit any locations nearby Manang that you think worth capturing it.

Parken Gompa

Parken Gompa is an isolated religious building hidden from sight in a mountain wall towering above Manang in elevation of 3945 meters.

The trip is a steady climb from Manang town, and the path ascends the hillside from its eastern end. Few meters above Manang stand a stupa, and from here, you will walk up the narrow path, which is lined by sea buckthorns bushes.

Lama, a Buddhist monk who achieved enlightenment, lives in Praken Gompa and will bless you to cross Thorong La safely for a small donation.

The views from this place are incredible; you can see Annapurna IV, Annapurna II, Gangapurna, and Tarke Kang.

Optional trip 2 Gangapurna Lake

Ice Lake (Kicho Tal) and Gangapurna Lake

The Ice Lake or Kicho Tal, is a high alpine lake in the Manang valley of Nepal. The lake is situated at 4620m (15157ft) and due to its high elevation. The lake may or may not be frozen and it offers the incredible backdrop of Annapurna III, Gangapurna and Kangsar Kang. If the weather is calm you may get some reflections of the mountains in the lake.

The Ice Lake is accessed by trekking from Manang or Braga villages. The trek typically takes 7 – 10 hours.

Optional Trip 3 Around Gangapurna Lake

Around Gangapurna Lake

Gangapurna Lake is a glacial lake in Manang, Gandaki Province, Nepal. It was formed by glaciers from Mt Gangapurna (7,454m), Annapurna IV (7,525m), Khangsar Kang and Glacier Dom. Most of the lake is covered by landslide now but there are amazing landscapes around it worth clicking pictures.

Optional trip 4 to Khangsar Village

Khangsar Village (3740 Meters) and above

Khangsar, or as is traditionally called Ngaba, is one of the older villages in the region and it sure has the charm to match. Also compared to other villages, this one still has that rustic charm going for it. It is also home to one of the oldest monasteries in the region the Tahrap Monastery and it is also surmised that the village originally started as a monastic settlement.

As of now, this village is popular as a side trip for those staying in Manang or as a lunch spot for those making their way to the amazing lake of Tilicho. The valley that Khangsar stands guard to is also one of the best spots in Manang for Snow Leopards as well.

Tilicho Lake (3 Days)

Trek to Tilicho Base Camp from Khangsar or Manang
Tilicho Base Camp is located around 4,200 meters. It may take a while to reach here, as the ascent will be sharp and difficult. You can spend the evening relaxing

Tilicho Lake Hike
After breakfast, you will start hiking towards Tilicho Lake. Tilicho Lake is situated at the highest elevation in the world. At around 5,100 meters above the sea level, the lake offers spectacular view of the surrounding mountains. You can come back to Tilicho Base Camp for the overnight stay.

Trek to Manang
The trek will descend towards Manang. You will come down the same way you went up. You can try cathcing up the view of Gangapurna, Annapurna and Tilicho for the last time.

Day 10

Drive to Chyamje (1400 M)

Today, we shall start our day with some healthy breakfast and then head towards Chyamje at the altitude of 1400 meters.

The drive from Manang to Chyamje is a short drive through the beautiful locations. The brahmin settlement on the way is a great experience of the culture and lifestyle. We will also cross the Marshyangdi river passing through many beautiful small waterfalls and head towards our destination.

Crossing a bridge, we will finally reach Chyamje and spend the night at a tea house or a lodge in the beautiful settlement at Chyamje.

Day 11

Chyamje to Beshisahar and then to Kathmandu

Besisahar is the traditional starting point for one of the most famous multi-day treks in Nepal, Annapurna Circuit. There’s not much to do in the village itself, but we feel it is an absolutely essential stop. Early in the morning after breakfast at Chyamje, we drive towards Beshisahar where we will have our lunch.

After lunch, we will drive back to Kathmandu. The capital city is only about 200 kilometers from Besisahar, but because of the traffic, difficult terrain, and unpaved roads, the ride can take anything between six and eight hours. After you arrive in Kathmandu, you will be transferred to the hotel where you will spend the night.

Day 12

Farewell

Bidding farewell to Kathmandu, you head to the airport. One representative from our team will transfer you to the airport to catch your scheduled flight.
